You can read about the tools or download copies for installation. Tools can be
used to plan a rack configuration for the components of your system.
Power Cabling References and Guidelines
Power Considerations for the HP NetServer LXr 8500
The HP NetServer LXr 8500 can be configured in either 208 or 230/240 VAC.
Power supply (UPS) and distribution (PDU) components are available to support
these configurations. A Redundant Switch is also available.
Details of power considerations for the HP NetServer LXr 8500 include:
◊ the appropriate power cord for each server is shipped according to
voltage requirements; refer to Table 2-2 for details
◊ available in 200/208 VAC configurations for the U. S. market
