In the U.S., call [phone] from a push button tone phone to request that an index of available
documents be sent to your fax machine. Call again to select the documents that you want transmitted.
Outside the U.S. and Canada, call [phone] from your fax machine. Use the handset and touch-tone
keyboard on your fax machine to request an index of available documents.
