Adding the ACL Unit and the Tape Drive

To add the tape drive to the server configuration database, use the SCF ADD SCSI 
command to add the ACL unit. Use the SCF ADD TAPE command to add the tape 
drive. Before issuing these commands, check that the tape drive is installed 
properly. 
To add the ACL unit:
-> SCF
-> ADD SCSI $ACLLIB, SENDTO STORAGE, PRIMARYLOCATION 
(1,1,51), PRMARYSAC 1, SCSIID 3, PRIMARYCPU 0, BACKUPCPU 1
-> START SCSI $ACLLIB
-> INFO SCSI $ACLLIB, DETAIL
To add the tape drive:
-> SCF
-> ADD TAPE $ACLTAP, SENDTO STORAGE, LOCATION (1,1,51), SAC 
1, DEVICEID 5, PRIMARYCPU 0, BACKUPCPU 1
-> START TAPE $ACLTAP
-> INFO TAPE $ACLTAP, DETAIL

PMF CRU
To add the tape drive to the server configuration database, use the SCF ADD SCSI 
command to add the ACL unit. Use the SCF ADD TAPE command to add the tape 
drive. Before issuing these commands, check that the 515 ACL is installed 
properly. 
To add the ACL unit:
-> SCF
-> ADD SCSI $ACLLIB, SENDTO STORAGE, PRIMARYLOCATION 
(1,1,50), SCSIID 3, PRIMARYCPU 0, BACKUPCPU 1
-> START SCSI $ACLLIB
-> INFO SCSI $ACLLIB, DETAIL
Note. The tape drive product consists of two parts: there is the tape drive and the ACL unit. 
The ACL unit is a robot that mounts tape cartridges into the tape drive.
