The station ID is always 0 because the
counters apply to the whole line.
Status :Byte
0 = No counter has wrapped
1 = A counter of transferred frames has
wrapped
2 = An error counter has wrapped
I-frames sent :Byte
I-frames received :Byte
Modeset frames sent :Word
DISC, SIM, SNRM, SABM, SARM, SNRME,
SABME, and SARME frames count as modeset
frames.
Modeset frames received :Word
RNR frames sent :Word
