6100 ADCCP Programming Manual

About This Manual
069225 Tandem Computers Incorporated xiii
This manual describes the 6100 Advanced Data Communications Control Procedure
(ADCCP) and X.21 protocol modules. It provides information you need to set up an
ADCCP configuration and write programs that communicate over ADCCP lines or
X.21 interfaces. It is assumed that you know the ADCCP or X.21 protocols and have
read the CP6100 I/O Process Programming Manual. This manual is organized into 6
sections, 3 appendixes, a glossary, and an index:
Section or
Appendix Title Contents
1 Introduction to 6100 ADCCP Introduces the ADCCP protocol and
describes its features.
2 ADCCP Link and Station Management Describes the management of links and
stations within the ADCCP protocol.
3 ADCCP/X21 Protocol Module Introduces and describes the X.21 protocol
module.

Describes points to consider when writing
applications using ADCCP/X21.
6 Requests and Responses Lists and describes the requests that an
