Response The SCAN LIST response is the expected answer to the SCAN LIST request.
It indicates whether the scan list has been successfully updated. If the response status
is not a 0, assume that the new list has not taken effect.
For a list of the status codes and their definitions, see “Status Code Definitions” at the
end of this section.
The response buffer format is:
Response := 71
Status := 0 if the new list is in effect, otherwise a
code for the error that occurred
Request ID := The same as in the request
Text Out := 0
Text In := 0
Text None
