Response The CONNECT response is the expected answer to the CONNECT request. This
response usually indicates the outcome of an attempted connection. A value of 0 in
the Status field indicates a successful connection; any other value in the Status field
indicates why a connection was not successful.
When the associated CONNECT request was used for facility registration or
cancellation, the CONNECT response normally returns a Status 100, Error Detail 46,
and includes a call progress signal in the Netinfo sequence. The call progress signal
indicates whether the request was successful.
For a list of the status codes and their definitions, see “Status Code Definitions” at the
end of this section.
The response buffer format is:
Response := 82
Status := 0 indicates a successful connection,
otherwise a code for the error that
occurred
100 for normal facility registration or
cancellation responses
Request ID := The same as in the request
Text Out := 0
Text In := 10 + length of Netinfo sequence
Text := Used by ADCCP :Eight bytes
Error detail :Byte
This code provides a more specific
indication of the error if the status
field has a value other than zero.
Normal facility registration or
cancellation responses finish with the
