Response The DISCONNECT response is the expected answer to the DISCONNECT request.
For a list of the status codes and their definitions, see “Status Code Definitions” at the
end of this section.
The response buffer format is:
Response := 83
Status := 0 indicates disconnected, otherwise a code
 indicating why your request was rejected
Request ID := The same as in the request
Text Out := 0
Text In := 10 + length of Netinfo sequence
Text := Used by ADCCP :Eight bytes
 Contains short-hold mode and
 line-state information
 Error detail :Byte
 Chargeinfo length :Byte
 This value ranges from 0 through 20.
 It indicates the length of the call
 charge sequence actually received
 from the DCE. The charging
 information that follows may be
 truncated if you haven’t provided
 enough buffer space in the Text In
 field.
 Charging information :Byte array
