 6100 BSC Link and Station Management
 Receive Clock (RxC)
 This signal is always used to clock incoming data.
 Transmit Clock (TxC)
 If the SYSGEN entry indicates that the modem supplies the
 transmit clock--that is, if you didn't specify the BSCINTERNALCLK
 parameter--this signal is used to clock transmit data, and the
 modem determines the speed.
 Terminal-Supplied Transmit Clock (TxCO)
 If the SYSGEN entry indicates that the LIU supplies the transmit
 clock--if you specified the BSCINTERNALCLK parameter--this signal
 is used to clock transmit data, and the modem determines the
 speed. This option usually implies that there are no modems
 on the link, that a cable (not a communication line) connects
 the two stations.
