DISCONNECT State
• WRITEREAD data, to establish a connection, if required; to
read the response; to send the first message, and accept a
conversational reply. If you use it to send a message and
receive an acknowledgement, the new state is SELECT-TEXT. If
you use it to send a message and receive a text reply, the new
state is READ.
• CONTROL, to establish a connection. The state changes to
CONTROL.
