Set/Reset Color Map Table (Esc - q) 
The Esc - q sequence sets or resets the entries in the color map table. 
This allows you to control how the video attribute characters associated 
with Esc 6 and Esc 7 sequences are mapped to the workstation or PC 
screen. The user must select color mapping in order for the color map 
table to be used. 
The color map table has 32 entries, each consisting of 8 bits. These 8 bits 
define the attributes used as follows:
Bit 76543210
Foreground color:
000 = black/dark gray
001 = blue/bright blue
010 = green/bright green
011 = cyan/bright cyan
100 = red/bright red
101 = magenta/bright 
magenta
110 = brown/yellow
111 = gray/white
Intensity:
 0 = low
 1 = high
Background color:
000 = black/dark gray
001 = blue/bright blue
010 = green/bright green
011 = cyan/bright cyan
100 = red/bright red
101 = magenta/bright 
magenta
110 = brown/yellow
011 = gray/white
Blinking:
 0 = off
 1 = on
