Devices
Use the SCF INFO command to display configuration information about the devices
attached to a 6760 adapter.
Example: INFO DISK, CONFIG Detailed Report
The following SCF command produces a detailed report about a device, such as the
one shown in Example 3-4:
-> INFO DISK $DISK00, CONFIG
Name shows the configured name of the device. The name of a disk
includes a suffix that denotes whether it is the primary or mirror
disk.
Primary CPU shows the configured primary processor for the device.
Backup CPU shows the configured backup processor for the device.
Device Target ID shows the configured ID of the device. For disks, this value is
determined by the slot location of the disk drive CRU. For
external disk drives, the slots in each disk module are numbered
from 0 through 7.
For a single tape drive connected to a SAC, this value must
always be 5. If two tape drives are daisy-chained to the same
SAC, the values must be 4 or 5. For some tape drives, this value
is set by using the control panel of the tape drive.
