4 Operating the 6760
ServerNet/DA
This section describes how to operate and manage the 6760 adapter and its attached
devices.
Viewing Status Information About a 6760
Adapter
Use the SCF STATUS ADAPTER command to display status information about any
installed 6760 adapter. The SCF STATUS ADAPTER, DETAIL report also shows
detailed status of the devices attached to the adapter.
Example: STATUS ADAPTER Summary Report
To see a summary status report about all 6760 adapters on the server, issue this SCF
command:
-> STATUS ADAPTER $ZZSTO.#SNDA*
This summary report shows that the 6760 adapters in slots 53 and 54 each have:
•
Two SACs (SACs = 2)
•
Passed the power-on self-test (POST = PASSED)
