Adding, Removing, and Replacing Devices
a. Issue the SCF SWITCH command to change each device path, if possible, to
another adapter. For example:
-> SWITCH $DISKOO-B
-> SWITCH $DISKO1-B
-> :
-> :
-> SWITCH $DISKO6-B
-> SWITCH $DISKO7-B
b. Use the SCF STOP DISK command to stop each device path. For example:
-> STOP $DISKOO-P
-> STOP $DISKO1-P
-> :
-> :
-> STOP $DISKO6-P
-> STOP $DISKO7-P
c. Issue the SCF STATUS ADAPTER command again to verify that all the paths
using the affected adapter are stopped.
