8.2 Configuring a 6760 Adapter
A 6760 adapter does not need to be configured. When a 6760
adapter is installed in an appropriate slot, it is automatically added
to the system configuration database. The name of the adapter is
derived by combining the name of the storage subsystem manager
process ($ZZSTO), the adapter type (denoted SNDA), and the
physical location of the adapter. For example, a 6760 adapter
located in group 1, module 1, slot 53 would have the name:
$ZZSTO.#SNDA.GRP-1.MOD-1.SLOT-53
This name can be used in the SCF STATUS and SCF INFO
commands, and it is displayed in the resulting reports of these
commands.
