Comparing PUP Commands With STOP MON 
In the G-series releases, the SCF STOP MON command replaces a PUP 
command. The following table compares PUP command with the SCF 
STOP MON command.

STOP POOL Command 
This subsection describes the details about the STOP POOL 
command. The STOP POOL command stops access to the specified 
storage pool. The command syntax is: 
STOP POOL { $ pool-name | $ ldev } 
$ pool-name | $ ldev 
specifies the name of the storage pool process that is to be 
stopped. 
Wild-card characters are supported.
