Online Help
The Accelerator online help facility displays information about Accelerator options,
messages, features, and concepts. Help text is organized in a hierarchical fashion;
general topics at the top level, with more specific subtopics at each lower level.
To access the Accelerator online help facility, enter “AXCEL” at a TACL prompt. This
presents the AXCEL command syntax and a list of subtopics. To exit help and return to
the TACL prompt, press CTRL/Y at any help prompt. You cannot access online help
from the Open System Services (OSS) environment unless you use the gtacl
command to start a TACL session from which you run the Accelerator.
The following example is of an online help session where the topics on ReturnValSize,
Super-Options, and Common are displayed.
