This modifier enables or disables the sending of a waited acknowledgment (WACK )to
a SELECT when the subdevice is open but no READ is posted. WACKIFNOREAD
enables the sending of a WACK; NOWACKIFNOREAD disables it.
OFFLINETIMER — TR Only
This modifier specifies the timeout value to wait before reporting a timeout error. The
default value is 0 (that is, wait forever, no timeout is reported back).
