OFFLINETIMER
OFFLINETIMER
The OFFLINETIMER attribute specifies the amount of time to wait before reporting
a timeout error. The range of values is 0 through 5:27.67. The value 0 means wait
indefinitely.
PACE
The PACE attribute specifies the number of continuous outbound requests allowed
on a line before a full-cycle poll of subdevices must be done. The range of values
is 0 through 100. If the value is set to 0, output (selection) is favored over input
(polling). However, if a substantial amount of output is being processed on a line,
no input is taken until the output has completed processing.
For example, suppose that the value of the PACE attribute is set to 10. At the end
of 10 WRITEs, the subdevices on the poll line are polled for READ input. If the
value of the PACE attribute is set to 0, subdevices are not polled for READ input
until all WRITE output is completed.
POLLINT
The POLLINT attribute specifies the time interval between polls. A value of zero
indicates that no time is to elapse between polling sequences. The default is zero.
The range of values is 0:00 through 5:27.67.
