Message Descriptions
00012
Cause. A STOP command has been sent to a PTP subdevice that is connected.
Effect. Command could not be completed.
Recovery. Disconnect the subdevice before trying to stop it, or use the ABORT
command.
00013
Cause. A STOP command has been issued to a non-PTP SU that is currently opened
by an application.
Effect. Command could not be completed.
Recovery. Close the SU before trying to stop it, or use the ABORT command.
00500
Cause. An attribute was entered more than once. For example, TRANSLATE ON and
TRANSLATE OFF were entered for the same command.
Effect. Command could not be completed.
Recovery. Delete the extra attributes and reissue the command.
00501
Cause. An modifier was entered more than once. For example, “INFO, DETAIL,
DETAIL” was entered.
Effect. Command could not be completed.
Recovery. Delete the extra modifier and reissue the command.
00502
Cause. This is an internal error.
Effect. Not applicable.
Recovery. Contact your HP service provider.
