ADD PROFILE Command

To modify the PAM3PROF profile provided, use the WAN subsystem SCF ADD

PROFILE command. The ADD PROFILE command has the following syntax:

profile_name

is the user-defined name of up to eight alphanumeric characters that will be used

to identify the new profile.

disk_file_name

is the location of the disk file that will import the configuration parameters into the

profile object you are adding. The profile file is supplied by HP;

$SYSTEM.SYSnn.PAM3PROF for AM3270 and $SYSTEM.SYSnn.PTR3PROF for

TR3271.

existing_profile_name

is the name of the existing profile to be used as the base for creating

profile_name.

modifier_keyword and modifier_value

are the names of modifiers and their values for the AM3270/TR3271 profile that is

being created.
