Command Syntax for the ALTER Command
The ALTER command has the following syntax:
OUT file-spec
causes any SCF output generated for this command to be directed to the specified
file.
LINE line-name | SU su-name
designates the line or subdevice whose attributes that you want to alter. If you omit
the line-name or su-name, SCF alters the attributes of the assumed line or
subdevice.
attribute-spec
is a specification of an attribute and a value to be assigned to it.
The attribute-spec for a LINE object is one of the following attribute name and
value combinations. The attributes are listed alphabetically and described in Section 6,
Attribute Descriptions for AM3270 and TR3271.
