Examples of the STATS Command
ResetTime
is the time at which the statistics were last reset.
SampleTime
is the time at which this sample of statistics was taken. This time indicates the end
of the sample period.
Name
is the subdevice name.
Sent
is the number of messages that were sent by the subsystem to the specified
subdevice.
Rcvd
is the number of messages that were received by the subsystem from the specified
subdevice.
Error
is the number of errors that occurred for the specified subdevice.
Examples of the STATS Command
The following command displays statistics for the subdevice $AM3270.#TERM1:
STATS SU $AM3270.#TERM1
The following command displays statistics for the line $AM3270:
STATS LINE $AM3270
STATUS Command
The STATUS command displays status information about an object, such as the
dynamic summary state, the last error, and modifiable values of the specified object. It
also displays specific subsystem attributes and values.
Considerations for the STATUS Command
•
If the SEL option is specified, object-type must be SU.
•
Wild cards are not supported at the subdevice level.
