Examples of the VERSION Command
Guardian - T9050 - (G04)
T9050 shows the version number of the NonStop OS. The G04 is an internal
version number.
SCF Kernel - T9082G02 - (31MAY97) (31MAY97)
T9082G02 shows the product and version number of the SCF kernel. 31MAY97 is
the VPROC (version process) date. 31MAY97 is the binder stamp date.
AM3270 PM - T9325G03 - (15JUL97) (0.0)
T9325G03 shows the product and version number of the AM3270 SCF Product
Module. 15JUL97 is the VPROC (version process) date. The 0.0 shows that there
is no binder stamp date.

The following command shows the detailed version level of the line $AM3270:
VERSION $AM3270,DETAIL
