An operation or a request to a subdevice was incorrect. This
event is not critical, and the event message is reported to the
EMS collector ($0).
This event message is equivalent to console message 67.

Unconditional Tokens
ZSPI-TKN-SSID is the AM3270 subsystem ID, and its value is
ZAM3-VAL-SSID. This token is described in "SPI Standard
Definitions" in Section 5.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER is the event number. Its value is ZAM3-EVT-
SUBDEV-ERR (67).
