A SLOWPOLL state changed for the indicated subdevice. This is
not a critical event, and the event message is reported to the
EMS collector ($0).
This event message is equivalent to console message 111.

Unconditional Tokens
ZSPI-TKN-SSID is the AM3270 subsystem ID, and its value is
ZAM3-VAL-SSID. This token is described in the Distributed
Systems Management (DSM) Programming Manual .
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER is the event number. Its value is ZAM3-EVT-
REPOLL-STATE (111).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK is the standard EMS token that always
immediately precedes the subject token--here, ZEMS-TKN-LDEVNAME.
