 ZCOM-TKN-CAUSE-SUMSTATE-CHG is the reason the summary state has
 changed. It corresponds to the value of 
reason

 text. The possible values are:

 ZEMS-TKN-CU is a standard EMS token that contains the controller
 and unit number. This token is present in the event buffer only
 if the controller uses subchannel-type I/O addressing.

 as a result of a command or an error.
 Recommended Action
 If a command caused the state change, no action is necessary. If
 not, note the reason code and contact your Tandem representative.
