ASAPX Commands
ASAPX Commands
All ASAPX commands support the /OUT filename/ option to direct the output of the
command to a file other than the current output file.
Control Commands
Use the Control commands to control the ASAP Extension subsystem and the
application statistics-gathering process as a whole:
ASAP
The ASAP command reconfigures the ASAPX CI by processing configuration files,
which are edit files containing ASAPX SET commands. The normal form of the ASAP
command contains the file name of the ASAP configuration file. ASAPX opens and
reads the ASAP configuration file to determine the ASAP ID and ASAPX configuration
file names. It then opens and processes the SET commands contained in the ASAPX
configuration file. Alternately, you can specify both the ASAP ID and the ASAPX
configuration file in the ASAP command.
asapconf
is the name of an ASAP configuration file.
asap-id, asapxcnf
is the 1 to 4 character ASAP ID process name prefix and the name of the ASAPX
configuration file.
