New and Changed Information
Added SET AGGREGATE on page 2-18, which lets you control aggregation across
entities and subdomains.
Added SET COLLECTOR on page 2-19, which lets you place ASAPXMON
processes in Write-to-Collector mode.
Added Migrating From ASAPX Release 1 to Release 2 on page 2-27 for users
migrating to ASAPX 2.0 from ASAPX 1.0.
Removed the ASAPX ACTIVATE, ADD OBJECTIVE, ALTER OBJECTIVE,
ASSUME, COMMIT OBJECTIVES, DEACTIVATE, DELETE OBJECTIVE, INFO
OBJECTIVE, LIST, OPEN, and REMOVE commands from ASAPX Commands on
page 3-2. The ASAP COMMIT, MONITOR, and RANK commands are now used
instead due to conversion of ASAPX host-based objectives to the Discrete Object
Thresholds (DOTs) infrastructure.
Updated information about implementing the ASAPX API within your application in
Implementing the ASAPX API in Your Application on page 4-1.

Moved the ASAP Extension message descriptions to the ASAP Messages Manual.
The second edition of this manual contained these changes:
Updated syntax for the ASAP and ENABLE STATS commands in Section 3,
Running the ASAP Extension.
Updated the include statements in the Syntax for C Programmers examples in
Section 4, Implementing the ASAP Extension in an Application, as well as other
minor syntax statements.
Updated Figure 1-1, ASAP Architecture, on page 1-2 to distinguish ASAP Server
components from other components (ASAPX, ASAP Client, CSG, SSG).
