Cause. The NonStop Kernel PROCESS_CREATE_ procedure call returned this error
when trying to start the MEDIASRV server.
Effect. The MEDIASRV server does not start.
Recovery. Make sure that MEDIASRV is properly installed and configured. For
installation information for the MEDIASRV server, see the DSM/Tape Catalog User’s
Guide.
