ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is “1400”.
1401: ZASP-EVT-CPU-GETINFOLIST-ERROR
err
indicates the outcome of a CPU_GETINFOLIST_ system procedure call and
returns one of these values:
Cause. The Monitor could not retrieve CPU configuration information or statistics for
the specified processor. The CPU_GETINFOLIST_ system procedure call returned this
error.
Effect. A zero value is returned instead of CPU configuration and statistics
information.

Check that your operating system version and ASAP version are compatible. If the
problem persists, contact your HP support representative.
When contacting your support representative, provide all relevant information:

System number
•
Numbers and versions of all related products
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable

0 Information for the specified process.
1 File-system error.
2 Parameter error.
3 Bounds error.
4 (Reserved.)
5 You cannot communicate with the CPU; the CPU might not be present.
6 You cannot communicate with the node.
7 An invalid return attribute was supplied.
8 The specified node is running a C-series version of the operating system;
CPU_GETINFOLIST_ cannot obtain information from a C-series system.
