Cause. A shutdown request was received.
Effect. Your ASAP session terminates.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Effect. The system does not process the request.
Recovery. Retry the request. If the problem persists, contact your HP support
representative and provide all relevant information:
