Cause. The Query SGP has received a message through EMS where the sequence
number is not in order.
Effect. ASAP does not process the EMS event.
Recovery. Correct the originating subsystem to send messages in the proper order.
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is “4614”.

is the object name of the server process that cannot be started.
error
is the error returned from the process_launch_ procedure.
error detail
is the detailed (if any) error returned from the procedure.
Cause. The SGP encountered an unknown error when starting its server process.
Effect. ASAP might not be able to communicate correctly with its server process.
Recovery. Correct the error and restart ASAP.
