is the Measure error returned from the Measure subsystem.
Cause. ASAPCMM could not create a Measure data file.
Effect. ASAPCMM cannot obtain communication linecounters.
Recovery. Stop and delete the measurement named ZCMMxxx, where xxx is the
ASAP ID. Use the Measure interface MEASCOM.
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is "4708".
4715: ZASP-EVT-CMM-SET-CPU-ERROR
cpu
is the CPU number.
Cause. The Comm Statistics Gathering process (SGP) could not start a measurement
in the specified CPU.
Effect. ASAPCMM starts the measurement in the CPU that ASAPCMM is running in.
Recovery. This message is informational only. If the user does not want to use the
same CPU as the ASAP Monitor process, shutdown the monitor and correct the CPU
number for the Comm SGP to execute from. If the Monitor process CPU is acceptable,
no corrective action is needed.
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is "4715".

Cause. ASAPCMM successfully started a measurement.
Effect. ASAPCMM is operating.
