ZASP-TKN-ASAPX-COMPONENT is the name of the ASAPX component that
reported the event.

is the name of the file that could not be created.

is the file-system error number.
Cause. An error occurred while creating file fname. To determine the cause of this
problem, see the description of file-system error numbers in the Guardian Procedure
Errors and Messages Manual.
Effect. ASAPXSGP stops without starting ASAPX because it could not create either
the Domain or Objectives table.
Recovery. Correct the file-system error and retry the operation.
