Cause. The ASAPMON process could not start the SGP in the user specified cpu.
Effect. THE ASAPMIN will start the SGP in the cpu where the ASAP monitor process
recides.
Recovery. Specify an avialable cpu using the set SgpID cpu nn.

Cause. The ASAP Action server file ASAPACT is missing. This file is always installed,
this error indicates ASAP was not properly installed.
Effect. The Action server cannot be started. Actions will not occur.
Recovery. Reinstall ASAP and verify that file ASAPACT is present.

is error text returned from the license validation procedure
Cause. An error occurred while trying to validate the software license
Effect. The ASAP component will not execute.
Recovery. Correct the problem described in license error.

is the number of days before the software license will expire.
Cause. The software license for the ASAP component is about to expire.
Effect. There is no effect until the expiration date.
Recovery. Renew or obtain a software license for the ASAP component.
