Cause. The Monitor could not retrieve CPU statistics information.
Effect. A zero value was returned instead of a CPU statistics value.
Recovery. Check that your NonStop operating system version and ASAP version are
compatible. If the problem persists, contact your HP representative.

is the index to the internal network configuration table.
Cause. The Expand SGP could not find the path for this network line-handler device in
the network line-handler configuration file.
Effect. No statistics were returned for the network line handler.
Recovery. Check that the Expand Manager to is present, up, and running. If the
problem persists, contact your HP representative.
