is the length of the message in bytes.
buf
contains the first word of the request message received.
pid
is the requester’s process identification.
Cause. An invalid request was received.
Effect. The system did not process the request.
Recovery. Retry the request. If the problem persists, contact your HP representative.

is the SPI error number returned by the Expand manager $ZEXP process.
Ldev
is the logical device number of the Expand line.
Cause. The Expand SGP could not obtain Network access statistics for an Expand
line using NAM as the transport.
Effect. ASAP could not obtain statistics from the Expand manager.
Recovery. HP uses this error message for problem isolation. Contact your HP
representative.
