Cause. The Monitor could not retrieve the CPU processor type.
Effect. A CPU processor type value was not returned.
Recovery. The FILEINFO system call returned this error. For corrective action for the
specified error code, see the Operator Messages Manual or the Guardian Procedure
Errors and Messages Manual.
Check that your NonStop operating system version and ASAP version are compatible.
If the problem persists, contact your HP representative.

indicates the outcome of a CPU_GETINFOLIST_ system call and returns one of
these values:
Cause. The Monitor could not retrieve CPU configuration information or statistics for
the specified processor.
Effect. A zero value was returned instead of CPU configuration and statistics
information.
Recovery. The CPU_GETINFOLIST system call returned this error. For corrective
action for the specified error code, see the Operator Messages Manual, or the
Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual.
Check that your NonStop operating system version and ASAP version are compatible.
If the problem persists, contact your HP representative.
6 Indicates you cannot communicate with the node.
7 Indicates an invalid return attribute was supplied.
8 Indicates the specified node is running a C-series RVU; this system call cannot
obtain information from a system running a C-series RVU.
Can’t Call CPU_GETINFOLIST_, Error:
0 Returns information for the specified process.
1 Returns a file-system error.
2 Returns a parameter error.
3 Returns a bounds error.
4(Reserved.)
5 Indicates that you cannot communicate with the CPU; the CPU may not be present.
6 Indicates that you cannot communicate with the node.
7 Indicates that an invalid return attribute was supplied.
8 Indicates the specified node is running a C-series RVU; CPU_GETINFOLIST_
cannot obtain information from a system running a C-series RVU.
