Effect. ASAPXSGP stops without starting ASAPX since it could not create either the
Domain or Objectives table.
Recovery. Correct the file-system error and retry the operation.

Cause. ASAPX could not get the NonStop Kernel MOM identifier pname for one of its
servers. To determine the cause of this problem, see a description of file-system error
numbers fe.
Effect. ASAPXSGP will not receive process stop or abend messages for the
ASAPXMON process.
Recovery. Correct the file-system error and retry the operation.

Cause. An error fe occurred creating ASAPX process pname. To determine the cause
of this problem, see a description of file-system error numbers.
Effect. ASAPXSGP failed to start an ASAPXMON process in one of the processors.
ASAPX will not be enabled for that processor.
Recovery. Correct the file-system error and retry the operation.

Effect. ASAPXSGP did not receive a complete set of statistics from the ASAPXMON
process for this statistics interval.

Cause. ASAPX failed to rebuild domain where memory, or the Domain table is
corrupted. Something prevented ASAPX from restoring a domain. Possibly an error
occurred allocating shared memory or accessing the Domain table.
