NonStop Kernel error returned from the PROCESSHANDLE_DECOMPOSE_ or
PROCESSHANDLE_GETMINE_ procedure
Cause. The NonStop Kernel PROCESSHANDLE_DECOMPOSE_ or
PROCESSHANDLE_GETMINE_ procedure call returned the specified error when
trying to get information about the SGP.
Effect. The Tape SGP processname and nodename are not defined correctly.
Recovery. Contact your system administrator.
