Bad SGP stat^sum reply: type, words

identifies the current statistics words.
Cause. The reply from the Statistics Gathering process (SGP) was not valid.
Effect. Statistics could not be collected.
Recovery. If the problem persists, contact your HP support representative and
provide all relevant information:
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
Details from the messages generated
System number
Numbers and versions of all related products
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is ―1004‖.
1005: ZASP-EVT-SYNC-COLLECT-IO-ERROR
Sync, COLLECT I/O error: err
err
identifies a file-system error.
Cause. Synchronization between the Server and the Collector was not accomplished.
The FILEINFO system procedure call returned this error.
Effect. No communication occurred between the Server and Collector when you tried
to perform a SYNC operation.
