is the error number returned by Measure.
Cause. The ASAP Comm SGP could not access the device due to the error returned
by Measure.
Effect. The statistics are set to zero for the interval.
Recovery. If the error persists contact your HP support representative or attempt to
stop and restart the Measure subsystem.
