Cause. The Collector cannot ALTER alternate key for <filename>.
The cause is most likely an invalid database alternate key file specification.
Effect. The Collector cannot ALTER an alternate key file.
Recovery. Depends on err. Use FUP to do an INFO <filename>, DETAIL and check
whether the Alternate key file is valid. If not, then use FUP to correct the AK file
specification.
