Cause. The ASAP Comm SGP could not access the device due to the error returned
by Measure.
Effect. The statistics are set to zero for the interval.
Recovery. If the error persists contact your HP support representative or attempt to
stop and restart the Measure subsystem.

The name of the first attribute in the output list.
Values
Attributes values written to the ASAP Log for diagnostic purposes: Device Name;
TrackID; Cpu; Clip; Type; and SubType.
Cause. The ASAP Comm SGP encountered a bad statistics record.

Recovery. If the error persists contact your HP support representative or attempt to
stop and restart the Measure subsystem.
