is the requester’s process identification.
Cause. An invalid request was received.
Effect. The system does not process the request.
Recovery. Retry the request. If the request is valid but still does not work, contact
your HP support representative and provide:
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
Details from the messages generated
System number
Numbers and versions of all related products
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace files,
and a CPU dump, if applicable
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is ―1013‖.

startup msg error message: charoffset
charoffset
is the offset of the message that was not recognized.
Cause. The startup message syntax is not correct.
Effect. The system does not process the startup request.
Recovery. Reset the startup parameters. Change the startup parameters in the ASAP
configuration file. If the problem persists, contact your HP support representative and
provide all relevant information:
