Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
Details from the messages generated
System number
Numbers and versions of all related products
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace files,
and a CPU dump, if applicable
Data Tokens.
ZEMS-TKN-TEXT contains the message text.
ZASP-TKN-ASAP-ERRORNUM is ―2002‖.
2003: ZASP-EVT-RENAME-ERROR
Can’t Rename filename, fe: err
filename
is the file name for the file in which the error occurred.
err
identifies a file-system error.
Cause. The Collector cannot rename the database file names to Zmmddlll, where
mmdd represents month and day, and lll is the last three letters of the original file
name. The FILEINFO system procedure call returned this error.
Effect. Database files are not being renamed.

Check that the disk has enough space. Make sure your security is correct. Ask
Operations whether they have placed Safeguard on the disk. If so, ask them to remove
it from the disk.
