Can’t Purgedata filename, fe: err
filename
is the file name for the file in which the error occurred.
err
identifies a file-system error.
Cause. The system is not performing a database cleanup operation, as it should. The
FILEINFO system procedure call returned this error.
Effect. The purge-data operation is not being executed. The statistics are not being
refreshed.

Make sure the security is correct. Ask Operations whether they have placed Safeguard
on the disk. If so, ask them to remove it from the disk.
