identifies a file-system error.
Cause. A NonStop Kernel error occurred while trying to read a system message. The
FILEINFO system call returned this error.
Effect. The ASAP Collect process did not receive the message.

For more detailed information, including recovery actions, see the Guardian Procedure
Errors and Messages Manual .
Retry your operation, but this time pause between commands. For example, the
system cannot process a shutdown command immediately after a startup command;
the system needs a momentary pause.
