is the identifier of the File or Process SGP.
error
is the error code returned from the call to SEGMENT_ALLOCATE_.
error-detail
is the detailed error, if any, returned from the call to SEGMENT_ALLOCATE_.
Cause. The Process SGP tried to allocate extended memory to support its
processing, but too little disk space is available for the swap file or is configured for the
processor in KMSF.
Effect. The Process SGP does not allocate the needed extended memory.
Recovery. Configure more swap space on disk or in KMSF.

Cause. A file-system error prevented ASAPXSGP from obtaining the handle of a
process that the Process SGP is trying to monitor.
Effect. ASAP does not monitor the process.
Recovery. Correct the file-system error.
